Russia “intentionally” provided the “wrong” data about crashed in Lithuania two weeks ago Su-27 fighter. This was told by Gediminas Kirkilas, Lithuanian secretary of defense in Thursday’s interview to ‘Ziniu radijas’ radio broadcasting company.

By his opinion, Russian side tried to ‘lower down investigation results’.

L-39 jet-plane is used by Rus aerobatic team. All the miracles of aerobatic we can see from the land, Rus pilots are doing on this plane. A little bit old already, but still very manoeuvrable and useful. All the photos have been made by me personally, when I went to training base near the Moscow and flew this plane together with one of Rus pilots.

Russian pilot Valery Troyanov, crashed over Lithuania 15 of September, wasn’t been presented the accusation. It’s only suspicion in criminal act of violation the rules of international flights. It was told on Tuesday by prosecutor of Lithuania Mindaugas Duda.

Tu-154 didn’t stop on landing strip in Istanbul

In Istanbul airport Russian plane wasn’t able to stop on landing strip because of braking system defect.

As TV company Haberturk reports, Tu-154 aircraft of “Airlines 400″ company was doing flight Moscow-Istanbul.

Bacause of defect airliner wasn’t able to stop on landing strip and went out it’s border. Plane stopped only after emergency braking system was activated. As a result, 11 of 12 chassis came out of order.

By preliminary info, there are no casualties, but accident cause panic among the passengers.

VILNIUS, Lithuania (AP) - A Russian Su-27 fighter bomber crashed in Lithuania Thursday after violating the NATO member’s airspace, prompting an investigation, Lithuanian officials said.

MIG Aircraft Company cuts its staff by 40 percent

MOSCOW, September 13 (Itar-Tass) - The MIG Aircraft Company plans to cut by 40 percent its managerial staff by the year-end, the company reported on Tuesday. Staff optimization is aimed at accelerating the process of adopting production decisions, raising wages for skilled personnel and at funding better the Mikoyan design office, what related to the market enlargement and activisation of works under new avia technologies development.

The Russian aircraft corporation unites 14 enterprises. Over the past 60 years, it built 60,000 MIG planes. Out of the total, 11,000 were exported to 40 countries, Prime-Tass reported on Tuesday.
