Hello, I am silly American who likes Mig's and Su's. It seems the Russians are ahead on certain features such as three dimensional thrust vectoring....the F-22 only has 2-dimnsional Th.Vect. It would be interesting to have mock dogfights between the American and Russian A/C to see which is superior. But remember...the F-15 has been in service for 32 years, and the F-18 SuperHornet for 9 years, but is based on the Hornet which has been in service for 25 years, and the F16 for 30 years. Not really too fair. It would be interesting if the F15 were updated with thrust vectoring and became able to stall and flip itself over like the Flankers can.

Funny thing about upcoming hardware/s is that there are many "poser" analysts that don't have access to the real performane data on the planes they're comparing/bashing.

You all don't know what the REAL capabilities of the F-22 or the Su-35BM~~ unless you're working for their manafacturers.

BS. Russian aces in korea dominated us whith kpd ratio 3:1. And beated all the crap out of us ones. Top scorers - russians. With a lot of man with more than 10 victories. All this crap about 10:1 based at newbie korean pilots.
All the su-27 and mig-29 superior compared to f-15/16/18. And PAK-fa will continue this tradition and will kick ligtning2/f22 asses.

Yep... i really like th new Su35BM. but against the latest western aircraft i wouldnt bet on it. i havent seen or heard of any russian aircraft beating a western made one. im not sure why.. based on the specs it should win.. but there are other factors. like pilot training and tactics. western pilots spend upto 200 hrs or more per year flying. even with all the latest tech on your aircraft you can still be beaten with better tactics by a slightly less capable plane.

First of all the SU 35bm is a great a/c but to say that its better than the f22 is without basis and fact, the USA has repeatedly said only 40% of the raptors capabilities are known to the public that means the other 60% is unknown which scares the hell out of the Russians another true enough the Flanker family has caught up or has passed the F15, F16, and F18's in terms of technology yea after 30 years of their dominance and as history has stated and proved in fact!!! not your opinions western a/c has dominated the hell out of Russian a/c in combat everytime in Korea when we had a 10:1 kill ratio, Vietnam, Libya, and the Gulf War where Russian a/c were obliterated by F15s, f16s, and f18's so don't get too excited just hope this SU 35bm never run into a f22 whether is bvr, or within visual range combat the Raptor and Lightning 2 will dominate the skys for the next 50 years.

su 35bm is more than a match for any fighter except for f 22

su 35 is bit lighter than su 30

su 35bm has got supercruising engines which generate 64000lbs thrust
typhoon has 40000lbs thrust
rafale has 34000lbs thrust
f18e/f has 44000lbs thrust
f15 eagle has 58000lbs thrust

f18 radar diameter 700mm
rafale radar diameter 550mm
typhoon radar diameter 750mm
f 15 has dia 950mm
su 35 radar diameter 1000mm

irbis e radar outmatches aesa equipped typhoon,rafale ,f18,f 15 apg63(v2)

upcoming zhuk ase radar has 1662 t/r modules which is an aesa radar,it will outmatch all but
apg 77(v2) which is based on the tech used in apg81

only f 15 built with new tech and with apg63(v3)
comes close

su 35 beats typhoon ,rafale,f18,in operating range,payload,manouverability,radar range,price,brute force,speed.

it can beat upcoming f 35 because f 35 can carry only four missiles internally,su 35 has huge kinematic advantage over f35 and can run out of missile range since irbis e detects .01meter square rcs at 90km so it can detect those very early and outrun the killing range of those missiles and come back play cat and mouse game and soon
f 35 runs out of missiles and turns to home shows its hot butt irbis detects that since su 35 carry more missile with various missile seekers
it shoots f 35.

price wise

typhoon 122mil
rafale 67mil
f18e/f 84mil
f15aesa over 100mil

su 35bm 67mil

u urself judge su 35 is more value for money
since it beats eurocanards in all cardinal parameters except f 15s/e

since f 15s/e costlier than su 35bm which one u will select

typhoon and rafale are not big leap in tech over f15 and su 27 even they are more costly than su 35bm.

Listen up.I'm not russian(unfortunately) but nobody had made me a brainwash(as do all the americans to their suns and ecc.),however I think that Russians WILL ALLWAYS RULE ON LAND WATER AND AIR.
OH,and another thing, the russians do not attack the USA only becasuse they don't need to conquer it,and the americans do not attack Russia 'cause they are scared of them.
What is the american dream?,Nobody can't respond?
I'll tell you -To conquer Russia(which is impossible).
AND ANOTHER THING,can somebody explane me why when the russians Tu-95 were flying near the USA border the Raptors that were in the foto had the external tanks???????????????Shouldn't it be "economic" for the super sonic cruise speed?????

Until know it is really difficult to believe that Russia will sell flankers to Iran, but if things change with the nuclear program of Iran, and given that Iran is planning to buy or construct 250 flankers, then many things could change in the equiibrium of air forces in Middle East.
