But remember...the F-15 has been in service for 32 years, and the F-18 SuperHornet for 9 years, but is based on the Hornet which has been in service for 25 years, and the F16 for 30 years. Not really too fair. It would be interesting if the F15 were updated with thrust vectoring and became able to stall and flip itself over like the Flankers can.
