Default Russian Rocket seen in Norway

Spinning effect of a Russian Bulava rocket that engine fails in one of its stages. The rocket is causing fuel and exhoust to create a sort of spiral effect in the atmosphere. This is seen from near my place (North Norway)

Yes, I saw pictures and videos of this. Looks really cool, nice effect. The bad news is: another failure of the Bulava missile. God knows when the brand new Yuri Dolgoruki submarine will receive its missiles.
