This diagramm is completely useless , cause by the time the two planes will be in range to shoot each other(which means <80Km) , both will have been locked.
Ofcourse F-22 is the only exception

Does anybody knows the RCS of F-22 ,F-18F,Su-30?

Yeah, Lockheed Martin and Sukhoi.

Apart from that, best aspect RCS of F-22 is said to be 0.001m2, for Super Hornet approx 1m2.

Su-30MK has the same, or slightly larger (due to taller cockpit section) RCS as the baseline T-10 (Su-27). Su-30MKI employs some techniques, and Su-35BM employs heavy RCS suppresion techniques.

hmm i'm not sure, that depend on Altitude, Sukhoi may throw his Missiles from higher altitude and if the sukhoi move at high speed, the missile will have extra energy which will increase range ,if Superhornet do not turn quickly to evade, that will improve Sukhoi driver's business
