Sorry I was unable to visit the site for sometime, but here we go

is it a one or two seater? eitherway, youll probly have to find someway to put a conventional cockpit in and just take the airflow it generates. Otherwise, you need to use a very unconventionall cockpit design. And for the Rudders, i dont know how manueverable you'd want it to be, but look at the rudder design for the b-2 Spirit, the flaps and aelerons split(like speed breaks) allowing the plane to turn by slowing one side using drag.
Well, I thought of a really unusual design actually. It is larger than a fighter, 21.2 meter wingspan, 19.7 meter length, but it is a lot smaller than a bomber. Honestly i liked the idea of "interceptor" Tu-160. This design is a attack fighter with a lot of missiles BVR with some dogfight capability if unable to escape. The primary purpose of this craft would be interdictor/priecision bomber, like Su-34. However with very low wing loading, and Full aspect TVC it would have very good dogfight capability.
For cockpit, it is two seater, sideby side configuration:
In ground attack mode, pilot-1 flies the craft, pilot-2 takes weapons and targeting.
In BVR combat, again pilot-1 flies the aircraft, pilot-2 takes weapons.
(This is unusual i admit it) In dogfight, pilot-2 uses his helmet to target missiles, in bottom and rear sides (which are completely blind areas for this craft), pilots helmet vision and IR seekers are linked with cameras, and also displayed in a MFD so pilot-1 can take it to consideration while maneuvering. Pilot-1 is also provided with the direction of its enemy in its helmet, which is also linked to cameras and pilot-2s helmet.

Dimensions of the internal bay are : 6.00 x 2.40 x 1.35, enough to carry
6x R-37 or 15x R-77/AIM-120 or 24x R-73 internally. For ground attack 64 MK-82 bombs fit inside, huge wings(wing area=~146 m2) must be able to lift 15 tons of ordnance, however I would doubt about performance and range of the fighter if done so.. Also most of the weapons leave a 1.5 meter gap in the internal bay, this area could be filled with extra fuel.
My planned MTOW weight is 50 tons.

In essence, you don't need rudders if you have all-aspect thrust vectoring. The FBW system can handle the stability only with engine thrust control, however that hasn't been implemented yet IRL, because it lacks redundancy, and conventional rudders have more authority at high speeds.

True. but engines are widely positioned, if one engine fails, fighter would inevitably spin, unless rudders compensate.

Flight_Fan it is a great idea but my problem is the aircraft is too thin, and if I put the pilot inside for good aerodynamic properties it wouldn't fit. I can put him to a little back, it fits, but limits his vision. Your idea would be very useful for a fighter/interceptor hyrbrid. I had a design sometime ago, with Variable geometry wings, which sweep to forward to reduce drag, and more importantly take a shape to form a scramjet body. However that design keep failing in simultanions becouse of its wings, and engine intakes, and I assumed it was too much for me and I abandoned it. Its really hard to design aircrafts.

Those models are great especially for AutoCAD design (I know how hard is to make that in AutoCAD). But AutoCAD is not profesional software for that things, why don't you use CATIA or ProENGINEER they are designed for 3D solid modeling and is much easy to handle with 3D models. F-22 and A-380 are designed in CATIA.

I actually had the chance to try CATIA last time I went to the Boeing plant in Fredrickson. It is the top of the line when it comes to aviation design. The only problem is that CATIA costs over $1,800 for one copy... If they had an affordable student copy, I would buy it in a heartbeat.

P.S. Every modern plane designed by Boeing has been created throuhg CATIA. The new 747 internationals have been added to the system as well.

What about ilegal copy ($2 in my country ), just to pactise at home. My faculty have licence for CATIA, but they can't give them to students (they negotiate with Dassault abouth that). There is no chanse that I can afford $ 1 800 for software.
