According to President Medvedev's decree 13 august is an official mourning day in Russia. This day wwe all mourn about victims in South Ossetia conflict.

Till today there are no exact numbers by the killed civilians, but during the conflict it was named from 1600 till 2000 of the Tskhinvali habitants.

Besides, deputy commander of the staff Anatoly Nogovitsin has announced losses among the Russian peacemakers. It's one officer and 17 soldiers and sergeants. 52 people are wounded, including 58?th army commander general Anatoly Hrulev and two officers. Besides 14 soldiers and sergeants are MIA.

In addition it was news reporters who was killed or wounded.
