Philipsburg.....If I've not mistaken, I think I landed on that airport "virtually" in a training session in the Flight Simulator X.

Default to F-14 on Nellis

There was the "invisible runway" too (pretty long at that) in Nellis AFB.
The concrete was made with the local sand/soil as additive and the colour became just like the desert around the strip.
So how did the planes find it? (For example the commuting workers' plane from L.A.)
Well, upon approach the pilot called in coded message, and the runway edges' sprinklers started to spray the concrete causing it to darken for about 10-15 minutes (before drying up again).
This was done to avoid satellite-detection, thus the timing of the arrivals/departures had to be coorinated with spy-satellite passages too.

I attach a map about the Norvegian Bodö (courtesy of Tovarish), which did have quite meriterous happenings too.
One such was when a U-2 over the Sovietunion suffered an engine failure and reported it to Bodö. He received order from ATC personnell to make emergency landing or bailout, for which he reported:
Keep the runway clear, I'll arrive in two hours! He was a good glider pilot and did soar two hours homebound.
