Default Missile Defence

Soon, missile technology in the future will develop so much that countermeasures will be ineffective against incoming threats. Is any Air Force considering any more, powerful, stronger methods of delaying and confusing a missile? Because if we don't, practically everyone in the sky fighting will at least die because of a missile. And agility ain't work no more; missiles will gradually become so fast and agile; it's like a killing laser in the sky.
