how many su-34 in 2007?

I just want to ask Does anybody know how much su-34s would be in russian air force till end 2007.
Earlier they reported that 6 new su-34 would be delivered in 2007 and another 10 in 2008.
But in this link

they say that only one is build in 2007 and another 3 would be 2008.

Also in 2007 russian air force chief say that first regiment which is about 20 su-34 would be created by 2009.
