Mig-29M will be presented in Berlin

Russia will demonstrate Mig-29M frontline fighter on the International Aerospace Exhibition in Berlin, ILA-2006.
“As the samples will be demonstrated Mig-29M frontline fighter (”MiG”, Russian Aircraft Corporation) and pilots and engineers training facility Mi-17-1V (Kronshtadt company).” - said Military-Technical Partnership Federal Agency representative.
He said also that in 2006 Russia will represent solid national exposition in newly built showroom No.10, which is 3.000 square meters large as usual member of this exhibition.
In Russian exposition will participate about 70 companies. 21 company will demonstrate their products in models, schemes, booklets, banners. And as a digital media will be represented information about more then 200 defensive products.
Agency representative noticed that “agency counts this ILA-2006 International Aerospace Exhibition as an important step to improve business relationships in the military-technical field with foreign partners, especially with European countries.”
International Aerospace Exhibition in Berlin will take place from 16 to 21 of May. The exhibition is one of the most important aerospace events in the world and this year it will take place the 8th time on the southern section of Berlin-Schönefeld Airport. This regular event takes place every two years.
Organizers of the exhibition are Messe Berlin GmbH in partnership with BDLI (Bundesverband der Deutschen Luft-und Raumfahrtindustrie e.V.).
Main participants of the ILA International Aerospace Exhibition traditionally are biggest concerns of Germany, Great Britain, France, Japan, aerospace companies of Central and Eastern Europe, North America and Asia.
Main sections of the exhibition are: Civil Aviation; Maintenance, Repair and Technical Services (MRO); Spaceflight; Military Aviation and Defense Technology (land, air and sea); Components, Equipment, Materials; business and corporate aviation.
Russia has formed up special delegation, which consist of governmental authorities, aerospace production, business and science representatives.
